Over the years, our Denver store has become a gathering place for local artists, makers, designers, neighbors, and small businesses. We host artist events, neighborhood nights, pop-ups, collaborations, and celebrations that give people a reason to come together, discover something new, and connect in person.
Supporting local creatives and our surrounding community is part of who we are—and some of our favorite nights are the ones when the store is full of people, conversation, music, and a little bit of chaos.

Modern Nomad offers select brands the opportunity to step inside our world—and introduce themselves to Denver.
Our Brand Residency program creates a temporary home for national and international brands looking to enter the Denver market, test a new audience, launch a collection, or create a memorable physical presence without opening a permanent storefront.
Located in Denver’s Golden Triangle Creative District, Modern Nomad offers an established retail environment, a design-minded audience, and the flexibility to create something that feels less like a pop-up and more like a natural extension of your brand.
Residencies can take many forms—from dedicated retail space and shop-in-shops to launches, installations, events, and creative collaborations. We’re particularly interested in brands with a strong point of view and ideas that give people a reason to walk through the door.
