What is your exchange/return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. For one-of-a-kind and oversized pieces, please reach out to us directly before purchasing and we'll make sure it's the right fit for your space.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY
30 day exchange or store credit for undamaged & unworn merchandise with tags attached. Returns will not be accepted on items that were purchased prior to 30 days. No returns on sale items, consignment items, vintage items, rugs, furniture, lighting, apothecary, custom orders or any items that have been damaged after delivery.
Please note, some of our products are vintage items. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect, just how we like it! Our vintage items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high quality standards. Condition is already reflected in price.

ONLINE RETURNS
All policies above apply with the following additions: For online returns, please contact us for a return authorization number and shipping label at support@modernnomadhome.com
No returns on sale items, consignment items, rugs, furniture, lighting, apothecary, custom orders or any items that have been damaged after delivery.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
Once we receive the returned merchandise in original condition we will email you alerting you that your return has been received and issue a full refund minus shipping costs to the method of payment.
Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for your financial institution to reflect your refund.
How often do you get new pieces in?
We add a variety of new items weekly - many of which are one-of-a-kind vintage or globally sourced finds. We also have inventory in-store that you may not find online. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when new arrivals drop.
What is your shipping policy?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been packaged you will receive an email with tracking information.
Expedited shipping is available for a fee. Please contact us prior to purchase for a quote on expedited shipping, support@modernnomadhome.com
International orders will be shipped via quote. Please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes or customs fees charged by their local government. Customer is responsible for tracking international shipments.
Can I visit the store in person?
Yes, and we highly recommend it. Our Denver store carries pieces that aren't always listed online, and the in-person experience is something our customers come back for again and again. Find us at 1211 Delaware Street Denver, CO 80204. Store hours: Tue-Sat, 11-6 & Sun, 11-5
Do you offer furniture delivery?
For online orders, refer to the product listing for specific shipping options.
For larger items sold online or in-store, we are happy to facilitate a local or national delivery service.
Do you work with interior designers and trade clients?
Yes - we love working with the design community and offer trade pricing for qualified professionals. Reach out to us directly HERE to discuss your project and set up a trade account.
Can someone help me carry/load my items when I pick them up in-store?
No, all of our store associates are prohibited from carrying/loading items so if your piece requires two people, please bring help.
After I purchase in-store, how long will you hold my item?
We will hold items for one week. After that, your item is considered forfeited and will be put back on the floor and/on our website (unless otherwise agreed upon).
Do you accept consignment?
We do not typically accept items on consignment. If you have something that you are looking to sell that you think we might be interested in, please send us a message via text or email with a description and photos.
