Shipping & Returns
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been packaged you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Expedited shipping is available for a fee. Please contact us prior to purchase for a quote on expedited shipping, email@example.com
- International orders will be shipped via quote. Please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes or customs fees charged by their local government. Customer is responsible for tracking international shipments.
- We want you to love your purchase and if for some reason that's not the case, we will accept returns on unused items in original condition within 7 days of online purchases.
- In order to return an item you must first contact us for a return authorization number at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Returns will not be accepted on items that were purchased prior to 7 days, on any items that have been damaged after delivery. Any custom orders, all furniture, artwork, books, lighting, apothecary and sale items are final sale. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
- Once we receive the returned merchandise in original condition we will email you alerting you that your return has been received and issue a full refund minus shipping costs to the method of payment. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for your financial institution to reflect your refund.
- Please note, some of our products are vintage items. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect, just how we like it! Our vintage items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high quality standards. Condition is already reflected in price.
