The Mindful Planner

The Mindful Planner™ is a structured weekly planner and journal designed to foster mindfulness and self-awareness, and help put wellness at the forefront of each day.

These days, productivity and efficiency take priority over self care and wellness. As a result, many of us become successful, but at the expense of being “well”. To remedy this, we developed the Mindful Planner. Beginning with guided discovery of personal mindfulness, the planner provides 6 months of weekly mindfulness curriculum that includes planning pages and journaling prompts. A journey designed to begin at any time, the undated Mindful Planner is not only an organizational tool for productivity, but a potent and enjoyable journey of self-discovery.
