Description
The Halia Ring is a stacking ring resplendent with Peridot and London Blue Topaz set into a polished 18k gold vermeil band.
This ring is named after a nereid, or sea nymph, native to Rhodes. The sparkling blue-green gemstones transport us to sun-drenched days amid the soothing waters of the Rhodian coastline.
Stone Properties
Peridot has been used in jewellery by the ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans who revered this gemstone as a symbol of the Sun. Peridot radiates feelings of inner warmth, wellbeing and positivity.
Blue Topaz facilitates communication and aids in speaking from the heart. It's a stone of serenity, carrying a gentle, soothing energy. As such it is an excellent tool for increasing one’s confidence and establishing loving boundaries. Blue Topaz has traditionally been associated with friendship and the Ancient Romans believed it could facilitate reconciliation.
Jewelry Care
Temple of the Sun rings are some of our favourite pieces, and being on our hands exposes them to the most wear and tear. To ensure the gold lustre remains golden and bright it is important to remove your rings each time we hand sanitise, apply makeup, cosmetics, shower, swim and even cook. Gold vermeil, like all non-solid gold, is designed to fade over time so our beloved rings need the most attention and care out of all.
